How can we afford Anak2U ?
The savings on printing costs, booklets and time are double the cost of our service and devices. You can’t afford not to !
What do we need to get started?
All you need is a wireless internet connection and a mobile device, we’ll handle the rest !
What kind of devices does Anak2U work on?
Anak2U Parent and Teacher Apps works on Android and iOS devices. Admin/Principal’s tool can be accessed with any computer or laptop.
Where is the data stored and is it secure?
Information is stored in secure Amazon AWS servers, located in Singapore. We are very serious about the security! For example Samsung, Netflix, Nokia, Adobe and Nasa uses the same AWS cloud servers. Specific details can be found from https://aws.amazon.com/security/.
Who has access to my data and is it private?
Is the service connected to any third party platforms? (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or any other social media)
We have decided not to connect our platform to any third party services at all. This “sacrifice of possible features” is simply a choice of security. However, the parent able to share their child activity on their own personal social media account.
TEACHER MOBILE APPLICATION FAQ
How can I login as a Teacher with Anak2U Teacher App ?
You need credentials provided by your Admin/Principal. If your center didn’t use our system yet, you can contact us and we’ll provide you with a free trial account.
How do I create daily report for the class that assigned to me ?
You can create report by clicking on the pink button on the Class Report. The are more explanation in the user manual given to the school.
How do I send message within Anak2U Teacher App ?
We have decided to remove the messaging features as it will disturb the teacher from teaching. However, there are announcement features where every parent will receive any news about their school from there.
What’s included in child profiles?
Teachers will be able to view the child’s background on the application. There also a button to call the parent incase of emergency.
How can I create personal report for a child ?
You can go to the Student Report page and click the pink button below the page. Choose a category that you would like to report and when finish you can just submit. Their parent will get the report once you submit it.

What device that support Anak2u Parent Mobile Application ?
Anak2U works perfectly on Android and iOS device. We are also developing a web version where parent can login from a computer that connected with internet.
What information that we collect about your child ?
Who can access the information about my child ?
Childcare center owner, principal and educators. Other parents are not able to view other child’s info and so as the teachers that not assigned to your child.
Am I able to share child activities to social media account ?
There are a button inside your child report where you and you only can share it to facebook, twitter or instagram. Teachers and other user unable to do so.
ADMIN WEB PORTAL FAQ
Who can access the Web Portal ?
Web Portal can only be accessed by Principal and Admin. Parents and Teachers need to install Anak2U Parent / Anak2U Teacher to get their child’s activity.
Where can I access the Web Portal ?
Principal and Admin able login from any web browser available. From any Computer, Tablet and Mobile phones as long it connected to internet.
How secure is the information in the Web Portal ?
We ensure that all the data adhere to PDPA act. The data is stored in a secure server which has been used by major companies.
Can multiple person access to the Web Portal ?
No, this Web Portal are only accessible by Principal and Admin using a single login credential. We are working on branch management to enable multiple login.
